During the times of social distancing due to coronavirus in Pakistan, telecom operator Ufone has launched free WhatsApp for prepaid users all over Pakistan. Users can dial *987# to subscribe to offer after which they can use it for WhatsApp calling and videos all day.
Including with the Package, Ufone also launched an app for its customers to recharge and keep up to date with their balance and remaining freebies.
Ufone advises customers to adopt preventive measures against coronavirus; these include washing hands thoroughly and often, with soap, for 20 seconds, avoid shaking hands, especially with those who appear to be ill, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth as much as possible, disinfect shared surfaces, such as doorknobs, bathroom taps, or tabletops, stay home when you are sick and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from any individual.
