Petrol and diesel prices are expected to come down by 5 to 6 rupees per liter in the midst of January as per the economic analysts. This expected decline is mainly because of the decline in the rate of crude oil in the global market. Thus, there is a prediction that if both the US dollar and crude oil rates remain unchanged or fall until January 15, the Petrol prices in Pakistan and also the price of diesel will drop.
